Insurance
Many insurance plans do cover services that are performed in our office, including chiropractic and related physio-therapeutic modalities provided by your Doctor of Chiropractic.
In order to help more patients utilize their insurance plans, we are contracted with most of the insurance carriers, including the following:

We offer courtesy benefit verification for chiropractic services including therapies provided by our Doctors. If you would like to know how your plan covers our service, please have your Insurance ID Card handy when you contact us, so that we can access your eligibility and benefits through a courtesy phone call to the carrier. We will promptly notify you of your coverage, and explain in detail how your plan works in our office.
We are in network for the above listed plans, which would provide for an “in network provider discount” on all services. An ‘IN NETWORK PROVIDER DISCOUNT” would apply to utilizing an “In Network Provider/Clinic”, and is a discount off of our regular fees.
Auto Accident / Injury Patients:
It is very important to receive a neuromuscular as well as a skeletal evaluation following an accident or injury. Chiropractors are neuromuscular specialists. Chiropractors specialize in evaluating the neck and back (spine and supporting musculature) for injuries, such as those experienced in “WHIPLASH”. Early detection through a thorough evaluation are key factors in determining if you were injured and the severity of your injuries.
We do accept accident / injury cases. We may agree to wait for payment in your case, only if we can verify your accident claim, and the claims adjuster agrees to honor a lien for payment upon settlement at the end of your treatment. Once you pick up your Police report please bring it in so that the doctor can see exactly how the accident occurred. We also need your auto insurance policy number, claim number, and your claims adjuster’s name and contact information. If you have retained an attorney, please also inform us, so that we may best help your counsel when they need your treatment records.
Work Injury:
Prior authorization from your employer or a medical referral is required for all work injury treatment. Check with your employer first, and ask if it is permitted for you to seek chiropractic evaluation for your work related injury. Our office staff will assist you in completing the necessary paperwork for authorization of evaluation and treatment related to your injuries.
